Barbara has been serving the Southern Maryland area in real estate since 1977. She organized the Beers Team to provide superior service and dedication to our clients' needs during their home buying and home selling experience. Besides having expertise in residential marketing, management, and promotion, Barbara is a "people person." Many clients come to refer to her as a friend. Barbara recognizes that little efforts go a long way, which is why she and the Beers Team work so hard to make each client feel cared-for and special.

A firm believer in continuing education, Barbara has many of the coveted real estate credentials: a Graduate from the Realtor's Institute (GRI), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and a Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR).

When she isn't helping people buy or sell homes, Barbara enjoys spending time with friends, and takes special pleasure in the time she shares with husband, Richard and their two grown daughters. Travelling, staying fit, the theatre and cooking are a few of the Beers family's passions.
